Holiday Punch

This punch recipe has the perfect balance of sweetness and cinnamon that all can enjoy. I made this for a holiday party and everyone loved it! Recipe credits: Join Jules.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cranberry juice

  • 2 cups pomegranate juice

  • 1/2 cup orange juice

  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice

  • 1/4 cup Cinnamon Simple Syrup

  • 2 cups Gin

  • 1 Bottle Prosecco

Cinnamon Simple Syrup

  • Cinnamon Sticks

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1/2 cup brown or white sugar


Method

Cinnamon Simple Syrup

  1. Bring brown sugar and water with two cinnamon sticks to a simmer. Let cook until sugar is dissolved.

  2. Remove from heat and allow to cool completely.

  3. Use immediately or store in airtight container in refrigerator for up to one week.

To Make Single Serve Glasses

  1. Combine juices, cinnamon simple syrup and gin in pitcher. Stir to combine.

  2. Add ice to serving glasses and fill glass about 3/4 the way full. Top with Prosecco. Enjoy!

**NOTE To make a large pitcher for guests to self serve - double the amount of juices, cinnamon simple syrup and gin in a large pitcher. Stir well. Top with the full bottle of Prosecco, stir again and then add desired amount of ice.
