Makes enough for 8 servings or approximately 2 dishes for 2-3 people.

Oregano* 2g 2 tsp
Black Pepper 2g 1 tsp
Parsley 0.5g 1 tsp
Rosemary (minced) 1g 1 tsp
Dill 1g 1 tsp
Marjoram 0.6g 1 tsp
Cinnamon 2g 3/4 tsp
Cornstarch 1.3g 1/2 tsp
Thyme 1g 1/2 tsp
Nutmeg 1g 1/2 tsp

Notes

Consider this a general direction in getting a hint of greece in your dish. The ratio of cinnamon to oregano controls the balance of this particular seasoning. Go easy on the cinnamon to start. Consider toasting whole spices and grinding once hot, especially the pepper, cinnamon, rosemary, and oregano.

*Greek Oregano preferred.
