Notes
Consider this a general direction in getting a hint of greece in your dish. The ratio of cinnamon to oregano controls the balance of this particular seasoning. Go easy on the cinnamon to start. Consider toasting whole spices and grinding once hot, especially the pepper, cinnamon, rosemary, and oregano.
