Green Bean and Grape Tomato Salad with Crème Fraîche Dressing

Ingredients
1 pound of green beans, trimmed
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh basil
2 tbsp green onions
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp half and half cream
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp salt
1 pint grape or cherry tomatoes, halved
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Method
Cook green beens in boiling water 2 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain and plunge the beans in an ice water bath.
Combine basil and next 5 ingredients (through salt) in a large bowl, stirring with a whisk. Add green beans and tomatoes; toss gently to coat. Divide mixture evenly among 6 plates; sprinkle with sesame seeds.
